Refund policy

Smartphones can typically be returned for a refund or replacement through the ABM system within 30 days of delivery. The phone must be in its original, unused condition, although there are certain exceptions. A restocking fee may be assessed or the return may be refused if the phone is returned more than 30 days after delivery or if it is in unsellable condition. Furthermore, if a suitable replacement is available, some phones might only be eligible for replacement rather than return. We do not accept phones that are broken or that have any broken parts.
