*Terms of Service - ABM System (Smartphones)*

By purchasing products from ABM System through our Shopify store, you agree to these terms:

* Order Acceptance & Fulfillment:* All orders are subject to acceptance by ABM System. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraud. Fulfillment times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

* Pricing & Payment:* Prices are as listed on our Shopify store at the time of order. ABM System reserves the right to change prices without notice. Payment is due at the time of order and must be made through authorized payment methods on our platform.

* Shipping & Delivery:* Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. ABM System is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

* Returns & Warranty:* Please review our detailed Return and Warranty Policy [*Link to your Return/Warranty Policy*], which is incorporated by reference into these terms. Generally, returns are accepted for defective products within [number] days of receipt. ABM System provides a limited manufacturer's warranty on our smartphones as detailed in our warranty policy.

* Product Use & Liability:* You are responsible for using the smartphone responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. ABM System is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use, modification, or unauthorized repair of the smartphone.

* Intellectual Property:* All intellectual property rights related to ABM System products and our online store (including trademarks, logos, and content) are owned by ABM System or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce these without our express written consent.

*Limitation of Liability:* ABM System's liability is limited to the purchase price of the smartphone. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

* Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:* These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration/mediation/specific court location. The buyer waives the right to litigate any course of legal action in the state or the country of their residence.

* Changes to Terms:* ABM System may update these Terms of Service at any time.  The latest version will be posted on our Shopify store.
